Craig Wright — Scammer or Man of the Decade
This is where the drama begins. Craig Wright, an Australian computer scientist and founder of Bitcoin SV (Satoshi’s Vision) claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto. He can easily prove that he is Craig Wright by moving Bitcoin from the first Genesis block. The Genesis block is the location on the blockchain where the first Bitcoins were minted. Youtube Craig Wright’s name and you will quickly see the ridicule he has put up with over the years over people calling him a scammer. Bitcoin SV enthusiast have put all their trust and hard earned money into this man’s claim to be Satoshi. They believe that he will soon prove to the world that he is actually the creator of Bitcoin.
If Craig Wright is unable to prove that he is Satoshi Nakamoto then Bitcoin SV will most likely become a ghost chain with no investors, users or miners. However, if Craig Wright is Satoshi then Bitcoin SV will become the new market leader and take Bitcoin’s place. Craig Wright is known as a fraud by the majority of the crypto community. He might be a fraud but at the end of the day Craig Wright is still the most talked about individual in the blockchain industry. This man has put up with name calling and lawsuits. Nothing has made him back down from his claim that he is Satoshi Nakamoto. All eyes are on Craig Wright and if he is really Satoshi Nakamoto, the world of cryptocurrency will never be the same. But until he can prove it with facts or by moving Bitcoin’s from the Genesis block then he has no right to claim he is Satoshi Nakamoto and will continue to be seen as a fraud.
